Open Evening

Thursday 2nd October 2025 - 5.30pm - 7.30pm

Presentations by Mrs Finch, Headteacher, will take place in the School Hall at 5.45pm and 6.30pm

This is a great opportunity to get a feel for our community, our values, and what we can offer your child.

For students, this is your chance to explore what your future might look like. Don't be shy—ask questions, talk to current students, and find out about the subjects, clubs, and sports that interest you. We want you to feel excited and at home here.

For parents, we know that choosing the right school is a big decision. We encourage you to:

  • Listen to the Headteacher's talk. This will give you an insight into our educational philosophy, vision, and priorities.

  • Talk to our staff and teachers. They are passionate about their subjects and dedicated to helping every student succeed. Ask them about their teaching methods, how they support students, and what makes our school special.

  • Speak with our student. They can give you an honest, firsthand account of what it's like to be a student here. Ask them what they enjoy most, what challenges they face, and what makes them proud to be a part of this school.

  • Explore our facilities. Take a look at our classrooms, labs, sports facilities, and other spaces. To see they are well-maintained and support a vibrant learning environment.

  • Ask about the curriculum and extracurriculars. Find out what subjects are offered, how we challenge high-achievers, and how we support those who need extra help. Also, ask about the range of clubs, sports, and activities available to help your child develop their passions outside of the classroom.

We are delighted to have you here and hope that by the end of the evening, you will have a clear sense of what makes our school a great place to learn and grow.
