On Wednesday 25th March, Miss Mayhew and Mrs Brunning took a group of Year 11 GCSE French students to Essex University for the day. The aim of the day was to kick start their French revision and was hosted by three different teachers from three local schools. The students participated in a variety of lessons on topics ranging from town and environment, to holidays and school. All of the sessions were well received by our students and they took a lot from the day. Their behaviour and attitudes to learning should be congratulated; they were the stars of the day. A special mention should go to Jake Davids and Gareth Sanders-Crook who won an Easter Egg each at the end of the day. These were given to students that excelled throughout the day.
